Emerging Technology in the ECC: Adapting Workflows and Roles to Support Imagery and Multimedia
Emerging technology provides opportunities to better support telecommunicators, field responders and communities. Featuring incident examples, this session reveals how imagery in the ECC—picture/video messaging, livestream video and traffic cameras—can provide a more efficient and informed response. Also, lessons learned from technology adoption and how a new multimedia dispatcher role can supplement the traditional ECC workflow.
